As I always say, selling oneself is the hardest of all. Recently quitting from my day job, I am now chasing a dream that for a year has haunted me which brought me in creating this blog. I live somewhere in the North and has a bag well-packed just in case a travelling chance shows up. Working as an English teacher for almost 5 years has earned me the opportunity to have my own online education service that is manned by one person- me. Since March I have been giving online education for my friends in China, Korean and Japan. So one can say I live a good life, working at 3PM ending at almost midnight I spend the wee hours on writing and finishing my online editing job. Whenever I can, accept writing/editing job from college paper, TOEFL essay practice, business letters. marketing proposals to online content of labeling machines and ringworm ointment factories. I intend to do my Master’s within this year and see where it takes me. I had complained so much about my corporate life that it would be insulting for me to return to it. Freelancing does not provide all the things I need but it gives me the sufficient time to pursue other shindig. If there is in any way to describe me now it is that I am like an open palm. In Shorin-ryu, it means peaceful and calm, that could apply but I prefer being susceptible to anything, taking whatever comes my way and making the most experience out of it. I owe it to myself to live the life I want and have the best of it as much as possible.
